I understand how refunds are issued. Refunds go to the original purchaser — back to the payment method used when the card was bought. If you received this card as a gift, the refund goes to the person or business who purchased it, and balance details can only be shared with the purchaser. For older purchases or closed payment methods, we'll contact the purchaser directly to arrange payment another way.

Gift card numbers can't be used to charge you — they only identify your card so we can refund it. Refunds are processed in the order received.
